πŸŽ‡βœ¨Mounted Gamesβœ¨πŸŽ‡

Hello my little horse people!

first before we start, I want to show you all this YouTube video first

here’s the video

Ok!

Now hopefully you watched it and it’s awesome!

Today, I’m gonna talk about mounted games.

If you’re in pony club, you should know or have this book of pony club games.

There’s bee be guns, Dressage, Jumping, And mounted games!

this video is a great why to explain how it works.

Let’s say, there’s a potato in a bucket.

what you do is you get on your horse, jump off, get the potato, and put it into the next bucket.

It’s really fun and gives your horse a good workout!

Now ifΒ  your horse is sweaty and it’s winter, pleas DO NOT PUT THERE BLANCKIT ON WHEN THERE SWEATY!

If you do they could get hives.

ask your instructor about what hives is.

If it’s winter or cold and your horse is sweaty, pleas cool them out so you can’t see there veins.

and their not steaming.

You should feel there armpits, and if it’s as worm as your leg, he/she is ready to put there blanket on.

Well by for now my little horse people

Don’t forget to comment if you’ve read this!

PONY CLUB!!!!!! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ˜πŸ˜

Hello my little horse people!

So, I’m going to become a 2D horse rider!

As I explained in my first post, it’s like 1st grad, 2nd grad, so on!

You have to do this really cool test.

if you don’t know, I’m really bad at test’s.

But, I study, and listen to music. And it really helps me focus.

if you’re going into pony club, here’s something to think about.

if you’re new, and you’re shy but you know stuff, just say it even if you’re embarrassed.

that’s what happened to me.

so that’s all!

By for now!

had a bad ride?πŸ’”

we all have bad days.

I had one yesterday.

it’s OK to have a bad day, just DON’T BLAME THE HORSE!

Your horse is usually from something that you’re doing.

sometimes it the saddle or girth being to tight.

or she/he didn’t have time to digest there food and there stomach is still wiggly🀒

Or if you have a maire like me, they might be in heat.

ask your instructor about what that is.

But for now, just keep thinking that it wasn’t all the horses fault.

your horse isn’t a trusty steed, she/he’s your partner.

whatever you do, you do it together!

now let’s look at some horse pics to cheer you up

hello! and welcome back
oh hi mom

And into the wild west they go

Well by for now my little ponies!

Jumping

Hello my crazy horse people!

today I’ll be talking about jumping.

now the first step, is to start slow.

and if you are starting to jump, the first step is have your heals down and toes up in your stirrups.

this is a BIG step into jumping.

I learned that the hard way. I didn’t have my heals down and I came flying of the horse.

but thankfully my pony star is an amazing jumper. she’s 16 which is young and she’s a grullo courter pony.

here’s what she looks like.

She’s cute right?

She’s a master jumper!

ok she’s just mostly doing the jumping for me.

another thing in jumping is you’ll need, really need to give your hands.

“WhAt DosE ThAt mEan amazing I’mahorse?”

Thankyou for asking and your very flattering :I ;3

ok it means that, when your in the middle of jumping, you push your hands forward so your horse can move freely.

when a horse is jumping, it moves his/her neck.

like a duck when it quacks. it sort of brings it’s neck forward.

look in these pics

see how the horses neck leans forward

And if you already learnt canter, you should know 2pont.

but if you don’t ask your instructor to tech you.

and don’t forget to leave a comment so I can know you read this!

Well by for now ;]

Cantering

Hello! and welcome back!

today I’m gonna tell you all about cantering.

now by now you should know how to walk, trot, and posting.

if you didn’t, go ask you instructor if you’re ready to learn trot.

now, you might think, “Well, canter will be faster and more complicated”

NOPE! canter is really much more fun and less complicated.

once you get the hang of it, it’s really fun! and that’s also how you start of jumping and compiting!

we’ll talk about jumping another day, but have fun cantering!

once a time or week, you might want to ask your instructor to do some cantering/trot poles so when you jump, you can see the distance of what your horse dose.

walk distance is 1..2..3..4..1 and so on.

trot isΒ  1.2.1.2.1.2.1.2

and canter is 1.2.3.4.1.2.3.4

Well by for now!

The tips

Howdy everyone!

So before we start, I’d like to tell you to pleas leave a comment if you have read this β•°(*Β°β–½Β°*)β•―

ok the first tip when you start to ride is, don’t be scared of the pony or horse. He/she might seem big and might step on your feet, bite you, kick you, or buck.

but if you instructor told you to ride them, then they know that your pony will NOT do all of the things I just listed.

now let’s talk tack! you know, the bridle and the saddle.

you need to clean your tack or it might get cracks and bumps.

all you’ll need to clean tack with, is a piece of cloth, water, and sop or saddle sop.

what you do is make the cloth wet, and put some sop on the cloth, and start rubbing all the bits of the bridle and saddle.

you want to get into all the little bits just to be carful.

you also want to wash the bridles bit.

the bit is the meddle piece you put into the horses mouth.

it’s like a fork, your mom washes the fork, otherwise it would be gross putting it into your mouth!

Well! that just about ends this post!

now remember, clean your tack!

and have fun riding and learning!

Horse riding tip’s and trick’s

Hello everyone who is reading this!

As you saw from the title, this post is going to be about riding tips.

From grooming, To Evening!

people like to call me I’mahorse.

Don’t ask why…. it’s a long story, Speaking of which I’ll just tell you.

it all started when I was a baby.Β  My Grandma loved horses, her mom loved horses, and even my Grandma’s Grandma loved horses!

Basically, all of my family’s loved horses.

so when I was 3 my Grandma had the great idea to show me and my brother a carriage horse.

of course I started to like horses when my Grandma took me on one of her older horses.

I instantly fell in love with it.

and now I’ve been riding horses for 1/2 years now.

I got my D1 and hoping to get my D2 next week!

if your new to that it’s basically where you see how far you came from where you started.

it’s like 1st grad 2d grad, but in horse talk it’s D1 D2 D3, so on.

And I’ve been around horses for a long time, and I wanted to share some tip’s and trick’s that I’ve found out within my 1/2 year of horse riding.

Stick around to see some of my tips later!
